Arriving for Your 1st Appointment

Parents and/or guardians must accompany all patients under the age of 18 to their appointments.

Please Bring to First Visit
If your previous dentist has taken x-rays within the past 12 months you may request to have them forwarded to our office in advance of your appointment or bring them with you
A list of any current prescription medications you are taking. Please alert us if you require premedication before treatment or if you have any allergies
If you have a public or private german insurance (e.g. TK, AOK, Barmer, GEK, etc.) please bring your insurance card (Krankenkassen Karte) with you
Generally we do not request dental treatment records to be forwarded to us.

Same Day Urgent Care
Our office is pleased to provide prompt same day or walk in care as needed by returning or new patients. Urgent same day care is available for toothaches and acute dental pain. No referral is required. We recommend you to call us or write us an email before you come in for emergency dental treatment. Urgent care is generally managed either same day or next day depending on patient circumstances and requests.
